If you forgot company password, you need to email us your company file at support@bookkeeperapp.net
Please make sure to send company file from same email address that is present in Company Settings. If you send company file from any other email, we won't be able to reset it.
How to email company file?
For Android, Click on three lines on top left corner in your company file
> then click on Add/Change company
It will open new screen, Click three dots against company name on home screen
and choose Forgot Company/Admin Password (in Book Keeper Android v9.0.0)
For older version, click three dots > Backup Company > Email > Support@bookkeeperapp.net
In Book Keeper iOS, Left swipe on company name > Backup on email. Type our email id over there.
In Book Keeper Windows, you already know where is your company file, you need to send that company file to us using email.

If you forgot subscription password, request here: http://bookkeeperapp.net/forgot-password/
New password will be sent to your registered email id in 5 minutes.
