Please check the following things if you experience slow or stuck Bookkeeper windows version performance:
1. Make sure you are on the latest version: 6.2.0 or above. (Go to Help > About. to check version)
2. Make sure you restart your computer at least once a day. If you have not restarted your system, restart it now.
2. Go to Settings > Debugging > Debugging Mode: make sure it is disabled.
3. Go to Settings > Windows Specific Settings > Number of transactions per page. Change it to 50 or 100
4. Go to Settings > Windows Specific Settings > Display item/service details in transactions - disable it
5. If it is responding slowly while loading transactions, check if you have added any transactions on the future dates.
Close Book Keeper and open again. It should work fine.
