How to create Tax Group | GST@1% | GST@0.25% | CGST+SGST

Suppose you want to create new tax group: GST@1%
Which composed of two components: CGST@0.5% and SGST@0.5%

Let's see, how to create this?

1. You need to first create two tax accounts: CGST@0.5% and SGST@0.5%

To create tax accounts, you need to go to All Accounts > Create New Tax account. Make sure to type percentage as 0.5%

    

2. Now you can create Tax Group,
    Group name: GST@1% and select 2 components: CGST@0.5% and SGST@0.5%

    and click on F12: Add Tax Group.
