How to add signature in middle of authorized signatory | middle Signature | Company Signature | Authorised Signature

If you are looking for signature like above, follow these steps:

1. Findout where is your company singnature, locate it, right click on it > Properties and note down its path as shown here.

Here the path is:  c:\users\rohit\desktop\logos

and image name is: sign.png

2. a. Go to Settings > Template Settings > Disable company Signature

   b. In Autorized Signature column, type as following:

       For the company
       <img src="c:\users\rohit\desktop\logos\sign.png">
       Authorized Signatory

    Kindly note, this img src, you need to type as it is and the path will be your computer path where your signature file is located.

    Also make sure your image size is 150x150 and is in JPG or PNG format.

That's it. Save these settings and now view invoice.

Note:

If you want to use Book Keeper on multiple devices, keep sign.jpg file in My Document in all systems and in signature, just write file name in img src tag, no need to give path.
Example:
For the company
<img src="sign.jpg">
Authorized Signatory

You can also set signature for each user who are using on PC.
just save their signature image sign.jpg in respective My Document folder and as described in previous note, you just need to write file name in img src tag. no need to give full path.
It will solve your issue.
