https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOTvmXCmqtQ
You can access admin on one device and all other will become users automatically.
Users have almost all rights except Edit and Delete.
Why only one admin?
Let's look at a scenario:
PC1 is offline and has created INV33 worth 100000 rs
mobile now comes online, and creates INV33 bcz it doesnt know INV33 has been created, bcz that PC1 is offline..right?
now, mobile creates INV33 worth 20000 and INV34 worth 45000
and goes back to PC1 and it becomes online, but mobile was online it has already overwritten INV33 and INV34
Book Keeper takes care of this by making one device admin and other user
So, one device will be admin and all other will become users.
