If you want to export or share your data such as item, customer, and supplier details in PDF, Excel, or Word format. Data Export feature is available in Book Keeper for Windows, IOS and Android users.
Export Customer/Supplier List from Bookkeeper in Windows:-
- Dashboard > All Reports > Customer/Supplier List > Select Customer/Supplier> Display
- Tick all the fields you want to export such as Email Id, Phone No., Address, etc.
- On the top of the Report, various file format options are given to export such as Excel, PDF, MS Word, etc.
Like this, you can easily convert your report according to your requirement.
Export Customer/Supplier from Book Keeper in Android:-
- Dashboard> All Reports > Customer/Supplier List > Select Customer/Supplier
- Click on Arrow appearing at bottom of the screen.
- Choose the file format such as excel, word, or PDF in which you want to export your report.
Export Customer/Supplier List from Book Keeper in IOS:-- Dashboard > Reports (Bottom of the screen) > Customer/Supplier List > Select Customer/Supplier
- Click on Arrow appearing at bottom of the screen.
- Choose the file format such as word or PDF in which you want to export your report.
Export Items from Book Keeper in Windows:-
- Dashboard > All Reports > Inventory Summary> Display
- Tick all the fields you want to export such as Unit, Default Tax, SKU, etc.
- On the top of the Report, various file format options are given to export such as Excel, PDF, MS Word, etc.
Like this, you can easily convert your items according to your requirement.
Export Items from Book Keeper in Android:-
- Dashboard> All Reports > Inventory Summary
- Click on Arrow appearing at bottom of the screen.
- Choose the file format such as excel, word, or PDF in which you want to export.
Export Item List from Book Keeper in IOS:-
- Dashboard > Reports (Bottom of the screen) > Inventory Item Details
- Click on Arrow appearing at bottom of the screen.
- Choose the file format such as word or PDF in which you want to export your report.
