There are instances, when you face issues in syncing of your company file via Dropbox.
One of the possible reasons could be that you have multiple Book Keeper App folder in your Dropbox account.
When you sync your company file via Dropbox, A path is automatically created as Apps > Book Keeper App > "Company File"
Whenever you notice that there are 2 folder of your Book Keeper App as shown below, Simply follow the below steps:
STEP 1: Open your Dropbox Account or folder > Apps > Book Keeper App > Copy All the files and folders to your desktop.
STEP 2: Visit Dropbox.com in your computer browser like Firefox or Google Chrome > Login > Settings > Connected Apps > Book Keeper > Disconnect
STEP 3: on Dropbox.com > go to Left Side Menu > All Files > Delete Apps folder
(If you have any other app also connected, then don't delete Apps folder, instead delete all Book Keeper App folder inside Apps)
STEP 4: Go to My Computer > Dropbox > Delete Apps folder
(If you have any other app also connected, then don't delete Apps folder, instead delete all Book Keeper App folder inside Apps)
STEP 5: Open Book Keeper on Desktop or on mobile > Make any new sample company > Link Dropbox
STEP 6: Apps > Book Keeper App new folder will be created
STEP 7: Once Book Keeper App folder has been created, go to your Desktop where you have copied Dropbox content, copy your company files (only company file and their folders) from Desktop to newly created Book Keeper App folder.
Restart Book Keeper on all devices.
