Government has notified on 24-Mar-2021 that
"Provided that for the financial year commencing on or after the 1st day of April, 2021, every company which uses accounting software for maintaining its books of account, shall use only such accounting software which has a feature of recording audit trail of each and every transaction, creating an edit log of each change made in books of account along with the date when such changes were made and ensuring that the audit trail cannot be disabled"

MCA has extended the deadline to next year.
Till then, you can optionally enable this feature as per your choice.

How to enable Audit Trail:
Download latest update on Book Keeper Windows. Version 7.0.3 or above.
Direct Download link: bit.ly/bkbwindowsnew
or just go to Help > Download Beta Software Program in your Book Keeper Windows and download from there.

You can enable Audit Trail in Settings > Company Settings.
You don't have to worry about anything, just do normal work. Book Keeper will take care of audit trail automatically.
If you want to view Audit Trial,
login to Book Keeper Web and go to Reports > Audit Trail
